Xinshan Park is located next to the meandering Jhuoshuei River. In the park, there is Wanan Temple, which worships General Fushun. The temple brings a some solemn mood to the park. On both sides of the temple, there are bell and drum towers, on which visitors can have the full view of the park. Around the park, there is a huge plot of endless paddy rice fields. In different seasons, it gives different views. In summer, the plants are green and prosperous. In autumn, the crops are mellow and golden yellow. It is relaxing to immerse in such a pleasant pastoral.
