Treatment introduction
Center of diagnosis and treatment for early lung cancer is
specialozed in interpretation of low-dose chest CT scan, preoperative
localization of pulmonary nodules and minimal invasive thoracosocpic
surgery. In recent 3 years, more than 400 cases and 600 nodules were
operated and the malignant rate was more than 80%. All cases were
early stage lung adenocarcinoma and the survival were also excellent.
The case numbers and results are in leading position among the medical
centers in Taiwan.
Post-surgical Care
At the lower end of the surgical wound, a chest tube will be placed temporarily to retain blood, which should remain perpetually unimpeded. Encourage patients to do breathing exercises, moderate coughing, and use an incentive spirometer as soon as possible to prevent atelectasis and infection. In addition, feasible exercise is crucial to maintain mobility and improve the postoperative recovery.
