Gastric Bypass Surgery.（Advantage: to treat metabolism disease）：
Under the vision of laparoscope, it divides the stomach into two parts and keeps the smaller one. Then bypass the duodenum and anastomosis of jejunum and smaller stomach to reduce nutritional absorption.
Sleeve Gastrectomy Surgery. (Advantage: less complications) ：
Under the vision of laparoscope, it cuts off sleeve stomach vertically and forms a banana shape of small stomach to minimize the volume.
