SKH pharmacy department comprises five specialized teams: dispensing, medication information, clinical service, continuing education, and regulatory administration. We operate 24/7 and have designated pharmacists in charge of Total Parenteral Nutrition and Chemotherapy compounding. Pharmacists in all teams intensively cooperate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers on a daily basis.

This pharmacy is reputable for creating highly patient-centered environment: special assistant counter for non-exclusive counseling while private-comfy space serves for longer consultation to satisfy sensitive cases’ needs.

Quality assurance is maintained and improved by online/paper/instant feedback, through PDCA and the flexibility in our department, we are capable of delivering our best professional service to our people promptly. The pharmacy training program that has been trained 4 technicians who work in the Belau National Hospital, and 2 students who study in the Howard University of the United States.
