The vision of nursing department is caring for patients and nurses. We actualize our philosophy “Quality, Efficiency, Humanity “in the nursing services. Our nurses are responsible for the nursing profession leading us continues developments. We have earned many recognitions and awards in the nursing quality and administration. To build a positive work environment is our goal. In the past 10 years, the nurse turnover rate is below than 6%.  

There are many nursing publications presenting on professional conferences and academic journals every year.

Since 2009, we have accepted nursing students of Brigham Young University (USA) to do transcultural practicum every year. Nursing informatics and quality management are often selected as learning targets by other countries including China.
