Since 2007, our hospital has established a pediatric neurology department to start treating children with neurodevelopmental diseases. At present, the team of the hospital provides a complete assessment and treatment process for these children. The children with neurobehavioral diseases in this hospital have good control. About 300 children with neurodevelopmental problem were diagnosed and treated in one year.

The Pediatric Neurobehavioral Program is a subspecialty service focuses upon evaluation and management of behavioral effects associated with neurologic illness in children. Diseases emphasized include epilepsy, movement disorders, intellectual problems or developmental disabilities, migraines, and other complex medical conditions. A comprehensive neuropsychiatric assessment is done in collaboration with neurology and neuropsychology services. Our program offer an interdisciplinary approach to pediatric neurologic illness that includes a psychiatric/psychological perspective. Our research team also has publishes in pediatric neurobehavioral fields.
