Cuifeng Lake Circle Trail， located in the west of Cuifeng Lake， starts from Cuifeng Sightseeing Road 15K+500， with a total distance of 3.95 km. It was built along the railroad bed used by lumbermen. The spectacular views come after another. It is as amazing as what an article has said: ''After endless mountains and rivers that leave doubt whether there is a path out， suddenly one encounters the shade of a willow， bright flowers and a lovely village.'' Cuifeng Lake Circle Trail is between 1900 and 2000 meters above sea level. From spring's flowers to summer's rain， from fall's red leaves to winter's snow-covered forests， the ever-changing beauty varies with the change of seasons. There are not many people visiting here， plus the protection of plants and ferns， the soil is well preserved. After entering the trail， you will see some open recreation decks， wooden bridges， and an exhibition center. The exhibition center was transformed from an old oil depot. Inside the center， there is explicit instruction on the ecological environment around Cuifen Lake. Outside the center， there are antique logging railways， and logging cars. It is totally worth a visit. In addition， there is a double-decker observation platform where you can appreciate the majestic view of Cuifeng Lake. There is another platform in the opposite of the lake where you can observe the beautiful scenery from a different direction， and watch migrant birds as well as mandarin ducks.
