Lintou Park While entering Lintou Park in Huxi Township, Penghu County, you will see a green abundant view, and Lintou Park is the sole green land of Penghu County in early times. From 1946, Penghu County Government began to actively engage in forestation, and has planted nearly 90,000 trunk of ephedra sinica on the land of Lintou. In 1957, Lintou Park was set up here and then became the sole sightseeing park set up by Penghu County Government. In the park, there is green grass, trees, and multi-colored flowers all over it is a good place for cool leisure, healthy amusement and rest. 525 Air Crash in Penghu On May 25, 2002, when the China Airline 611 flight flew to Hong Kong from Taipei, 206 passengers and 19 crews altogether unfortunately died when the airplane fell into the sea nearby the Mudou Island.
