Northeast Coast becomes another landscape of cuesta and bean curd rock from Dali. Along the coast highway， Dali Tiangong Temple is a famous religious center in the village. The worshipped god is the mighty God of Heaven. The temple was simple when it was just established in the 16th year of Emperor Daoguang's reign in Qing Dynasty (1836). It became a large temple like what we see today after it was rebuilt in the 30th year of Emperor Guangshu's reign in Qing Dynasty (1904). Standing in front of the temple， people see the vast Pacific Ocean and the figure of Turtle Island. In the back of the temple is the outlet of Caoling Historical Trail. The neatly planned restaurants satisfy the hunger of tourists after they return from the historical trail. There is a tourist center on the right side of the temple providing exhibition and consultancy service.
