Su'ao Recreation Farm， located at Hai'an Road， Su'ao Township， is the southern end of Lanyang Flats. As for the political zone， it belongs to Zhouyang Village， Su'ao Township. It is reachable both through Suhua Highway and North-Link Line so the traffic is convenient. Nan'ao River and North River meet in front of the village. In back of the village is Aowei Mountain. The whole farm is surrounded by green mountains and river. The farm has abundant animal and plant ecology. The road within the farm is well-planed and neat. There are verdant eucalyptus forest， seasonal flower and fruit， and organic vegetable grown here. The resources are abundant in the surrounding mountains and sea. It is suitable for scenery spot trip， ecological and sensible experience， camping， group recreation， and family activities. Nan'ao Recreation Farm was originally under the management of Land Bank entrusted by National Property Administration， Ministry of Finance. The square measure is about 96 hectares. In January， 1999， Yilan County Hall inherited the rental right. It is the most effective government for environmental protection and preservation. It makes efforts to develop this area into Great Nan'ao Ecological Museum functioning in ecological trip， leisure vacation， and conference. The government also develops Nan'ao area.
