Currently the Sinyi Township Farmers Association food processing plant has developed dozens of products such as: dried plum， crisp plum， Tzusu plum， Q Plum， health plum vinegar， pickled plum， concentrated plum juice， pure plum juice， youth plum， energy plum juice， sweet plum， sweet Q plum. The gelatin series consists of: sour plum jelly， pure enzyme plum jelly， Tzusu plum jelly. There is also the freshly pressed camellia oil produced locally in Sinyi Township. Besides the diverse products， the Sinyi Township Farmers Association food processing plant has insisted on the principle of being healthy and natural， and that the origin of raw materials must be clearly marked， thus only traditional techniques are used in food processing. Meanwhile， salt and sugar are used instead of flavorings and preservatives. For instance， the processing of the health plum vinegar involves materials such as malt (only genuine Peitou malt is used)， aged vinegar (only genuine aged glutinous rice vinegar is used)， plum (only 100% ripe plums with size of above 2L are used).
