The Wu Dang Mountain Imperial Lord Temple， founded during Qing dynasty in the reign of Emperor Qian Long， is located in Gui Ren District. The main god in the temple is Imperial Lord Xuan Wu (commonly known as Imperial Lord) whose spirit was invited here from the Zi Xiao Temple of Wu Dang Mountain in commemoration of being the first temple named in Taiwan.
