.海口是進入車城第一個村莊，早年以海口沙漠聞名，爾後因為建商違法盜挖，致使已往的沙漠景觀已經不存在。當地為發展海上觀光，興建海口港，又使海口村恢復昔日的繁榮。海口港設有遊客中心，提供各項恆春半島旅遊諮詢服務，港口的海堤在傍晚時分，可欣賞夕陽西下的美景，海堤下的沙灘可以戲水，夏季總會吸引許多遊客路經此地，下車戲水，感受海口港迷人的風光，繼續啟程往恆春半島旅遊！ Haikou is the first village that is reached after entering Checheng from the north and in earlier times was renowned for its "desert." The dunes are no longer here as a result of illegal sand extraction by building companies. Haikou has a visitor center providing travel information. The sunset over the ocean can be enjoyed from the sea wall and visitors can paddle on the beach below.
