Located in Tongliang Village, Baisha Township, Penghu County, Tong Liang Banyan has been standing in front of the local Baoan temple for three hundred years, and is the sole so-old banyan tree in Penghu Island. In despite of a history of three hundred years, it still survives the pine is thick with leaves, with branches extending and intertwining in all directions and forming a very large natural open shade for rest. It witnessed the three hundred years' history of Penghu, full of historical and cultural significance.
