Equipped with a rocky seaﬂoor， Aodi Fishing Port is an ideal harbor. It is one of the major ﬁshing harbors along the northeast highways. With abundant marine resources， including seaweeds， agar-agar and kelp， Aodi Fishing Port is the main distribuion hub for seafood in northeast Taiwan. The Second Phase of Fishing Port Construcion Plan is currently underway， providing ﬁshing boats up to 50 metric tons an infrastructure to stop over. This aims to combine with the development of the tourism and ﬁshing industry to promote local economy.
