The Siraya National Scenic Area is located at the upstream basin of the Zengwun River， Yanshui River and Jishui River， including five dams such as Zengwun， Wushantou， Baihe， Jianshanbei and Hutoubei. This region is the active region for prehistoric humans and Siraya aborigines， with many members of the Pingpu tribe and Siraya tribe migrating here. Numerous traditional festivities have been preserved， with abundant cultural resources.
