台南市文化局澄山教會位於「山深多麗、水澄山清」的澄山里，創立於1896年9月3日。因交通不方便，教會自創設以來共經過四次遷址，於1945年才遷定於現址澄山，從「大寮教會」、「山豹教會」到現在的「澄山教會」，這一路艱辛的遷徙之路，卻動移不了信徒敬拜上帝的決心。(資料來源:南瀛教會誌)
