Nan'ao Sunrise National Trail is close to Nan'ao Harbor. It is rebuilt by Forestry Bureau， Council of Agriculture， Executive Yuan. Its location is at Turtle Mountain in Nan'ao Township， Yilan County. The total length of the trail is 2.7 kilometers and it is paved by crossties. There are three entrances along the trail. When citizens climb up to the hilltop， they can appreciate the distant scene at several view platforms. They see the beautiful landscapes of Nan'ao Harbor， Wushihbi Coastal Nature Reserve， and the Pacific Ocean. Nan'ao Sunrise National Trail has complete natural ecology. It is a demonstrative area for forest ecological tour and a new scenery spot in Nan'ao area， Yilan County.
