Xicuo Park is located diagonally across from Xizhou Qiaoyi Elementary School. In the park, there are sports and work out facilities and children’s recreational activities. There is also an aquaponics ecological system demonstration, with pavilions and benches for visitors to take rest. It is nice to sit under the tree shade on a hot summer’s day and enjoy this leisurely countryside charm. It is highly recommended for the whole family.Located inside the park, the Xicuo Community Development Association, it the base of the community concern. It also endeavors to produce Xicuo noodles. Using the natural force, people use non-bleached flour, sweet potato, water, and sale to hand-make these noodles with sunbaking method in small quantity. With solar and wind power, it is easy to preserve food and conserve its original flavor and taste. Depending on the seasons, people provide sweet potato noodles, thick rice noodles, and black bean vinegar DIY activities. All are welcome to book a session to experience making and tasting food with original flavors using local ingredients.
