Gateway Rock is located at the land sticking out from the sea on the Nintou Hill around 300 m from the northeast coast of Green Island. Among the rolls of small coral reef， the big ones in the center formed a circular hole where water flows through. It looks like a gateway from far away and that is why it is so called. It is one of the two amazing rocks most famous in Green Island.
