Established in 2010, and Taiwan's first bike path to circle a lake, this level path is lined with indigenous Taiwanese plants and flowering bushes and trees, a shaded avenue like a forest, and many viewing platforms and there are also stations at which bikes can be rented, the path connecting the Reservoir's 10 major sights. In particular, the long dam bike section which spans 2.38 kilometres, not only allows one to drink in the glory of the falling sun, but is also straight and wide, allowing one to practice straight sprints- it is a great place for the whole family.
