"Along the West Coast Highway southbound， a five-door huge archway with bluestone stands between the vast field. Its bluestone was engraved with phoenix Beaulieu， flowers and birds.Chihe Temple is located the North orang-port， the area is around the mountains in the front and hills behind. According to legend， the Qing Dynasty， there was boat loading with building materials， food， and three statues into the orang-Port， the residents were believed that the god's blessing， so they built temples to worship. There are outstanding water view and foggy season surrounding environment， it is famous by this scenery. Every Royal Highness Birthday and other festivals always attract many believers."
