"Sinwawu Lin family， the ancestor came oversea with Lin， Sun Zhang and Lin， Xian Kun(Lioujhangli， Lin family) and lived in the Mangtoupu. The village was later build than Lioujhangli. The center of the village is the commemoration of the Lin family to the ancestors， called ""Zhongxiao Hall"". The around areas are the communities of the Lin family. The whole village of the Sinwawu is a closed style which has walls and irrigations around. Although re-building the hall， but it still keeps the complete construction. To summaries， the village which takes the hall as the center is the most characteristic of the Hakka culture."
