In order to provide the cyclists a safe and convenient riding space, Pingtung County Government especially built the Cycling Landscape Bridge which crossed No.1 Provincial Highway for exclusive use by the cyclists and pedestrians. The Bridge is a strengthened steel structure and was painted white with the arch constituted of 2 red round steel pipes. The eye-catching red arc and the bridge’s streamline façade often became the center of the attention for those passing by.Motorcycle is strictly prohibited on the Bridge. The Bridge is mainly divided into bicycle trail and pedestrian lane. Bicycle trail pavement is smooth and flat and can allow two bicycles at the time while the pedestrian lane is for pedestrian use only.
