This memorial house, where love and occupational passion linger, has a large archive tracing the history of the 1957 Blackfoot-disease outbreak in southern Taiwanese regions, including: Xuejia, Beimen, Budai and Yizhu Townships. The Mustard Seed Mission and Dr. King-Ho Wang co-founded the Gate of Mercy, an institution that offered Blackfoot Disease patients free medical services. How the affectionate Dr. Wang treated all patients as his family is truly beyond description. Also on the premises of the Memorial House are a Presbyterian Church, the Straw Mattress Factory, Little White House and other quaint buildings.
