Tianwei Eco-Leisure Farm has an air-conditioned greenhouse for beautiful orchids. The farm spans across over 7,000 square meters, featuring a large pond, diversified ecology, and a 45-year-old camphor tree. And the trunk of the tree is home to many endemic Phalaenopsis (Phalaenopsis amabilis). Around the time of Chinese New Year (between February and April), thousands of white flowers cover the whole tree. The owner of the farm, Mr. Wu Hong-Ze, was originally a rack-type flower farmer in Daliang Village Tianwei Township. Due to excessive production, Mr. Wu turned to the gift flower market in 1991. Currently, his main products include orchid sets for the general and flower gift markets.
