Hengshan, 443 meters in elevation, is the peak of the Baguanshan Mountain Range. The trail is characterized by an easy walk, diversified flora and fauna, and a cheering environment along the way. The view terraces offer fantastic bird's-eye view to the Changhua Plain. This is also one of the best spots for buzzard watching in the south side of Baguashan area. In March around the vernal equinox time, buzzards are common sights in this area. The tablelands and Hengshan Cliff created by the power of Zhuoshui Creek turn this trail into a perfect classroom for nature science education.
