Located near Zuoying District's Jhongguang Road and the North-south railway line, it is the first park in Taiwan, which features Taiwan's indigenous plants. The park includes areas that educate about Taiwan's native water plants, mangrove forests, waterside plants, teaching and traditional medical herbs, southern low-altitude plants, coral reef, forest spa and plant nurseries. The park currently has over 60 ypes of plants from 45 plant families, so it is like a living museum of Taiwan's native plant life. The park was opened on March 12, 1994, Tree Planting Day. This is a great place for the whole family, however remember to respect the park and its plants! Photos:
