Nanya is located at the north point of the Northeast Coast Scenic Area. It is famous because of a double-colored giant rock in the shape of an ice cream that stands beside the State Highway 2. It is so eye-catching that most of the drivers would stop and get off the car to take a closer look. The rock presents a belt-like texture interlaced with two different colors as a result of the oxidation of iron caused by weathering and eroding through thousands of years. The stone makes people believe that it's a gigantic vanilla chocolate ice cream from afar.
