Fenyuan Recreation Park will be transforming itself into a new colorful and fun visual world, making an adult dreamland and building a children’s wonderland under the idea of “dream hatcher”, “playground of the future”, “recreational attraction” and “shared by the whole family”. This place will bring laughter and encourage all to explore their splendid dreams, and bring energy for the visitors to embrace life.Recreation Park Conditions of Exceptions – The Park will be closed. The decision was made by the Changhua County Government based upon the act entitled “Operation Regulations on the Suspension of Offices and Classes because of Natural Disasters”. When the park is within the disaster response area notified by the EMIS (Emergency Management Information System) commanders of central and local governments, to limit / restrict people to enter or order them to leave the area under the “Disaster Prevention and Protection Act”.
