The Science Park Life Hub, a six-story building, plays a very important role in the lives of those who work in the park. For starters, it is the transportation hub for the park's commuters. Inside the building are shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as conference rooms of various sizes used for seminars, classesand a variety of social events. The Life Hub also serves as an unofficial visitor's center. On the fourth floor of the building is a museum dedicated to the six major high-tech industries of the park: integrated circuits, PC/peripherals, telecommunications, optoelectronics, precision machinery and biotechnology. Apart from telling the history of the park and describing the plans for its future, the museum has a collection of objects used every day that people may not be aware are products of the park. The museum does not have regularly scheduled hours when it is open for the public, so it is best for visitors to call in advance and make appointments with Life Hub staff. For those who are interested, the Life Hub also offers a series of guided tours.
