Jiangziliao is situated at the meeting point of Keelung City and Xizhi and Pingxi districts of New Taipei City. This is Keelung's highest mountain， which is 729 meters of height above sea level; also a tall and erect peak that is part of the Wufen mountain range.Jiangziliao Mountain has beautiful scenery. The surrounding mountain peaks are joined by a number of ridges. The view is panoramic. The city government has built a walking trail which has become a favorite with hill walkers. A number of ridges meet on the peak. It offers wide views and has a wooden sleeper trail that is popular with hikers. The scenery along the trail is breathtaking and the flora and fauna is rich and diverse. At the side of the road leading up the mountain you will pass various farm buildings， a stream and a "butterfly valley" reserve， giving it a strong rural feel. When the weather is good， you can see Taipei's 101 Tower in the distance. The trail is suited for all the family.
