This green tiled temple with white walls was built among mountains. Looking down from it, you can see Guanyin Mountain and the Taipei Basin. On weekdays devotees head to the temple to pray while on weekends hikers arrive because of its location and link to the Tianshang Mountain path. In April and May, meanwhile, the paths surrounding the temple are covered in tung blossoms. Walking on this white carpet while listening to the sound of prayers coming from the temple makes one feel free from the troubles of the world. To reach the area, take a bus to the Nantianmu Square then follow the path up the mountain.
