Dashehu Hiking Trail

Phone:886-2-29603456 Address:232 Pinglin Dist., New Taipei City 232, Taiwan
The old name of "Dashe Lake" was Snake Tongue Lake. This is because when Beishi River passes here, it curves like a big snake with its tongue out, hence the name. To reach the "Dashehu Hiking Trail," you need to take Pingshuang Road, go past the Yuguang Elementary School, and walk slightly ahead. The land is flat, elegant, and quiet. As you take the walk, you will pass the Cushigu Suspension Bridge, which would lead to the Huliao Pond Industry Road. On the way, the forest and waters are beauiful and very suited for family travels and hiking. The whole trail is about 20 minutes.
