Folk Art Display and Wall of Tamsui StoriesThe Huwei Artifact Exhibition Center on Sanmin Street was founded by MR. Wu-Nan Zhuang. He grew up in Tamsui and he loves to draw. He became an apprentice at a temple and started to learn temple painting skills. These days, his art is all over Taiwan, Kinmen and even as far as Thailand. Due to his passion for traditional art, the center exhibits his personal collection of antiques, folk art, and his recent ceramic paintings. Through these works, the story of Tamsui Old Street is being told. The 200-meter wide story wall outside the center is the work of National Art Exhibition Winner Jin-Xing Xiao. The wall illustrates the old townscape of Tamsui and tells the story of town's history.
