The Northeast corner of Taiwan has sites to see. During the period of Japanese occupation， Fulong Bathing Beach was a resort for the people to relax. The beach is in the shape of a waning crescent moon at this location where Shuangsi River meets the sea.It is a good place to kyak or windsurf， or just to dip feet in the water. The water is very stable so it is a safe beach. No wonder so many people like Fulong Beach in summer.
