It took four years to build the officee building of New Taipei City Government. The 33 storeys building is up to 140 meters and also makes it a conspicuous landmark of Banqiao station district. Despite of the office areas， there are hanging garden， watchtower， and scenic restaurant at 8th， 32th and 33th floor. They also have someirregularly scheduled exhibitions and pubic service institutions in the lobby and the basement floor， the entire open area is quite friendly to citizen.
