Foguangshan Jile Temple is located on Xinyi District in the center of Keelung City. It is a functional auditorium includes culture， art， education， and Buddha. Also， there is a parking lot opposite the temple; on the east side is the Keelung Hospital; on the west side is a martyrs' shrine; on the north side is Zhongzheng Park. It is very convenience to get here; the environment is also elegant and clean. The temple has 8 floors; it stands on the popular street so that it is obvious.Jile Temple was rebuilt by Foguangshan on 1991. It is Keelung's largest Buddhist temple， featuring a spacious hall for practicing Zen meditation， a hall for lectures， a large library with books on Buddhism and other religions， an educational center， and a vegetarian restaurant. There is a smile .Maitreya Buddha at the right side of the temple. With modern facilities， it is an important center for practicing Buddhism in Keelung.
