KW2 The 104-year-old KW2 is a warehouse built in suburban Shinhamacho by the Japanese in 1914, to store and transport sugar. It was bombarded by the U.S. army during the Second World War and rebuilt by the nationalist government in 1962. Full of historical meaning, the gigantic building was listed as a heritage site by the Kaohsiung City Government in 2013. Now we sell cultural and creative goods, hold exhibitions, and serve food at once.
