Globally unique sky lantern! Sky lantern station ~ light up the night in PingxiStanding 9 meters in total height， police precinct in Pingxi， a composite police station consists of functions including tourism consulting service and maintenance of local security has the world's only glass curtain in the shape of a sky lantern. From the night of White Day 2014， happiness will start to glow in Pingxi. The first landmark come into sight after taking the exit to Pingxi from Mucha Shiding direction on Highway 106 is the sky lantern precinct – like a sky lantern standing at the end of Jingtong Old Street， the building combines with Pingxi sky lantern culture characteristics. Normally， it lights up the light in silence and blends into local landscapes， and when the night falls， along with the local skyline， it shines and blesses like a lit sky lantern. "Pingxi Sky Lantern Festival"(Weekday) 16:00 – 19:00 lit on the hours， (holiday) 16:00 – 20:00 lit on the hours; a light show and customized sky lantern show comes after each launch."Wishing Sky Lantern (LED wishing sky lantern)"Launch hours: Three times per hour， ten lanterns per each launch. Cost:NT150Steps:Steps1:Make an appointment at the lantern booth in Pingxi Police Station， and arrive one hour prior to the appointed time to draw the postcard. Steps2:Give the postcard to the staff after you finish writing your wishes on it， and then the staff will scan it for filing. Steps3:Arrive at Pingxi station square at the appointed time.
