Mr. Lee Lin-Chiu an acclaimed Taiwanese ballad lyricist well-known for his songs including quot;Bāng Chhun-hong quot; (i.e. literally meaning quot;Longing for the Spring Breeze quot;) and quot;Red in the four seasons quot; is an important figure in the history of Taiwanese popular folksongs; his work is highly regarded as an intangible Taiwanese cultural heritage.
