Sha Tao Shrine, located on the shore of the original Tai-jiang, was established in the ruling period of YongLi 35 during the Ming dynasty. It is enshrined with Prince Sha Tao. The full name of the shrine is "Top Rank Pacifying Prince Sha Tao Shrine." The prince was elevated as the Marshal of the Central Altar. But it was said that the temple actually is enshrined with and worships Zheng Chenggong and his grandson Zhang Kezang.
