Bo Yang Cultural Hall was created through a chance encounter between NUTN and former chairman of Taiwan Solidarity Union Su Jing-jiang. Originally a student dormitory, Bo Yang Cultural Hall can be accessed via NUTN's art district or Lane 216 of Qingzhong St. The hall is divided into four sections: Hall A is the Bo Yang Chronicle, houses his life history and manuscripts. Hall B is the Bo Yang Art Center and displays books, painting and artworks donated to Bo Yang from the literature and history academia. Hall C consists of the Bo Yang Literature Space, which genuinely reflects his home study in Taipei Garden City. Hall D is the Garden City Lounge.
